SALISBURY, Md. — On Sunday, 17-year-old Maggie experienced a nightmare that is still replaying in her head daily. The teen was driving home from the grocery store with her father in this quaint city in Maryland’s Eastern Shore region when two cars surrounded them and forced her to pull over. Within seconds, she said, half a dozen Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers were at their windows, demanding to know their immigration statuses.
