The Indiana Fever have punched their ticket to the playoffs but have also lost two straight after winning five in a row.
They finish a five-game road trip at the Chicago Sky on Sunday at Winfield Arena (7 p.m. ET, NBC/Peacock).
Indiana guard Kelsey Mitchell had her 22nd consecutive game with 20 or more points in a loss to the Liberty on Saturday. She is averaging 24.6 points a game. Caitlin Clark is adding 21.7 points and 8.7 assists. Aliyah Boston is out with a lower left leg injury.
Chicago has won three straight and is still alive in the postseason race. Kamilla Cardoso is averaging 14.8 points and 8.8 rebounds to lead the Sky. Undrafted rookie Sydney Taylor adds 14.5 points a game.
The Fever and Sky have played twice this season. Indiana won both, including a 90-86 victory on Aug. 8.

The one-two punch of Caitlin Clark and Kelsey Mitchell came alive in the third quarter. Clark has 29 points and eight assists and Mitchell 21 points and four assists.
The Fever led by as many as 13 points. Indiana also has 13 3-pointers compared to four for Chicago.
The Sky went on a 9-2 run to end the quarter. Natasha Cloud has 16 points and six assists.
Chicago hasn’t beaten Indiana since 2024.

The Sky outscored the Fever off the bench 21-6 in the first half to fight back from a nine-point deficit early and take the lead. Azura Stevens and Kamilla Cardoso have nine points each to lead Chicago. Natasha Cloud added eight points, four rebounds and four assists.
Caitlin Clark has 18 points, six assists and a steal to lead the Fever, who are playing their sixth game in 11 days. They have been on the road for the last five.

Aicha Coulibaly goes to locker room
Sky guard Aicha Coulibaly was hit in the face coming down after a rebound. The play was reviewed for a hostile act, none was found. She went into the locker room with an eye injury.
