Luigi Mangione’s latest court appearance before murder trial — Photos

At his last appearance, it was reported that defense attorneys were planning to argue that Mangione was suffering from “extreme emotional disturbance" when he allegedly killed UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, a state judge revealed June 17 . Attorneys reportedly withdrew that argument in a letter to Carro on June 18.
