Half of women experience hair loss. Can this supplement actually help?

O Positiv Health is adding a new category to its growing women's wellness portfolio.

The brand behind URO Vaginal Probiotic just announced the launch of URO Hair Growth + Volume, a once-daily dietary supplement designed to support healthier, fuller-looking hair in women. The launch marks the brand's first entry into the hair wellness space after building a large following through its vaginal health and hormonal wellness products.

According to O Positiv, the supplement was developed to help address a concern many women experience throughout their lives: hair thinning and shedding.

"Over the past few years, countless women have reached out to us sharing their struggles with hair thinning brought on by life's daily challenges, including stress, menopause, and more," said Brianna Bitton, co-founder of URO by O Positiv Health, in a press release.

The supplement's hero ingredient is Serevelle, a proprietary saw palmetto extract that O Positiv says has been clinically studied for its ability to support healthy hair growth, thickness and density.
